All of our products are made to order. This means we don’t follow fast-fashion norms like ordering multiple sizes to return the extras. Please read our return policy carefully:

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

Incorrect Items: If you receive something you didn’t order, you're entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Missing Items: If your order arrives incomplete, let us know within 15 days. We’ll either refund you in full or ship the missing items at no extra charge.

Damaged Items: If an item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out within 15 days of receipt. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Size-related returns: We are unable to accept returns based on sizing. This policy is part of our mission to reduce environmental impact. We encourage all customers to review size guides and product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Return Process

Get in Touch: If your return meets the criteria above, please contact us at info@planb-apparel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
