Shipping Options ✈️

We primarily ship within Europe using the trusted carrier Spring GDS, part of the PostNL Group. For most international orders, DHL and UPS are our main choice.

In rare cases where shipping is limited or unavailable, we may DHL or Deutsche Post to ensure reliable delivery. Our priority is always to provide secure and timely shipping with the most trusted carriers

Standard Shipping with Spring GDS in EUROPE (4 -8  business days) 

Standard Shipping with DHL and UPS for USA (2 - 5 business days)

Shipping Rates

Europe:
- Free shipping on all orders over €50
- We use a fixed price of €6.99 on orders below €50

USA, AU and New Zealand:
– Free shipping for orders over €50
– We use a fixed price of €9.99 on orders below €50

Europe, UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand

Processing Time

Orders processed daily (Mon – Fri)
Processing time: 1–3 business days as we operate on print on demand basis
You'll receive tracking info via email once your order ships

Damaged & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, email us at info@planb-apparel.com with your order number. We'll resolve it with the carrier as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress. You will receive the tracking link straight to your e-mail address.
